Miles, a Toronto undertaker a country private zoo and home were established in Mimico, but very soon it was forced to relocate in Miles Park Farm which was just west of that what is now Erindale. On 14th February, 1943, a fire struck into the farm and 70 animals along Tootsie were killed. Tootsie bone are still presently buried in the property, perhaps in the modern Brookmede Park.
