St. Albert is a beautiful and amazing city in Alberta, Canada, on Sturgeon River in northwest of City of Edmonton. It was settled as Métis community and is the 2nd largest city in Edmonton Capital Region.
St. Albert received its first town status in 1904 and was reached by Canadian Northern Railway in 1906.
Separated from Edmonton by number of several miles of farmland, expansion of Edmonton city in 1980 limits up the placed St. Albert adjacent to the larger city on St. Albert south and east sides.
