Clarence-Rockland is a city which is located in Eastern Ontario, Canada, in United Counties of Prescott and Russell on Ottawa River.

Clarence-Rockland is located to east of the Ottawa and is being considered as part of Canada’s National Capital Region in census. Clarence-Rockland was formed on January 1, 1998, through amalgamation of Town of Rockland with Clarence Township.

Clarence-Rockland Museum: The Clarence-Rockland Museum opened in 2010 on April 29 and it is located in former École Ste-Famille at 687 Laurier Street, Rockland.

Cultural Advisory Committee: This committee was Founded in year 2009 by following recommendations of cultural study, cultural committee oversees maintenance and promotion of culture in the region.

Cultural Policy: By developing cultural policy, City of Clarence-Rockland recognizes that culture and arts both are very important and are vital for better quality of life for community. This fosters sense of pride and belonging in its citizens.

Cultural Study 2009: At request of Municipal Council, a study was conducted on culture in year 2009 to assess cultural needs of community.

Financial Support Program:To allow development of cultural and artistic sphere in area, City of Clarence-Rockland offers support to NGOs who work in culture and arts.

Optimist Performance Hall: This hall was inaugurated in year 2009, Optimiste Performance Hall offers an ideal to bring community together and to facilitate artistic and cultural initiatives in the region.
