Kelowna is a very beautiful city on Okanagan Lake in Okanagan Valley, it is in southern interior in British Columbia, Canada.
Kelowna serves as head office of Regional District of Central Okanagan. Kelowna name derives from Okanagan language term that means “grizzly bear”. Kelowna is 3rd largest metropolitan area in province and ranks at 22nd largest city in Canada, having population around 194,882 in year 2016.

This was part of a plan which alleviate traffic problems that experienced during summer tourist season, when influx of tourists get added to commuters between Kelowna and West Kelowna. New bridge was completed in year 2008.
